1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") set out the conditions for accessing and using the website loomie.eu ("the Site"), published by Becaert Samuel, sole trader, SIRET 925 389 629 00021, 56 avenue Monclar, 84000 Avignon, France. Browsing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Conditions specific to purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, which prevail for any commercial transaction.
